National Geographic AI: The Snowfluff

Here’s how I did it!

  • Midjourney 5.2 to create the initial images. Prompt: An irresistibly adorable, tiny, furry snow alien being cradled in a gloved hand. The creature should be hyper-realistic, with the texture of its fur and the glint in its eyes clearly visible. The style should be reminiscent of National Geographic wildlife photography, with the alien being the main subject. The lighting should be natural, with the sunlight reflecting off the snowflakes on the alien's fur. The colors should be vibrant, with the white of the snow contrasting with the alien's colorful fur and the dark glove. The composition should be a macro shot, taken with a Nikon D850 DSLR, AF-S VR Micro-Nikkor 105mm f/2.8G IF-ED lens, Resolution 45.7 megapixels, ISO sensitivity: 64, Shutter speed 1/200 second. The depth of field should be narrow, with the alien sharply in focus and the background softly blurred. --ar 16:9 --v 5.2 --style raw --s 750

  • Next: Runway.ml Gen-2 to create the video straight from the generator:

  • Resemble.ai to create the voiceover. I used the “Ed Smart (English - United Kingdom) voice for the strong sounding narration

  • ChatGPT for the narration script. Here was the prompt:

Write me a national geographic voice over script for An irresistibly adorable, tiny, furry snow alien being cradled in the hands. The creatures should be hyper-realistic, with the texture of its fur and the glint in its eyes clearly visible. The style should be reminiscent of National Geographic wildlife photography, with the alien being the main subject

  • Google MusicLM with a simple prompt about a furry alien for the background music
